I am a bodyworker specializing in healing trauma. I work with people of all ages, from babies to elders.

My approach is based in supporting the body's innate healing capacity. My manual therapy work includes both structural and biodynamic approaches. I utilize a wide variety of bodywork tools and principles that promote health, support you to connect to your inner and outer resources, and feel at home in your body.

I enjoy working individually, and as part of a team with other health care practitioners. I offer care in personal injury cases or motor vehicle accidents, and have experience creating documentation for insurance companies.
